I am visiting my daughter, Sheri, here in Santa Clarita, CA and, after seeing the movie "Julie/Julia" yesterday, I asked her how one sets up a blog. She showed me this morning and now I have my very own blog. Who says an old lady can't learn something new? I enjoy writing and I have opinions. I am a relatively shy person so this might be a good way to express (vent, if you will) my opinions each day as I see, hear or read current events. I have never written in a journal or diary. I never thought I had anything interesting that I wanted to record for future generations to read. I still don't. I hope to get better with this as time goes by.
